A portable and quick way to determine the moisture content of woodchips, the FS200 offers suppliers and customers the means to check large volumes of woodfuel without the need to decant chips into a bucket.  Accurate to +/- 1% and capable of measuring moisture up to 30%, the FS200 is a hand-held moisture meter which is placed on the chip pile and provides an instant readout on the built-in display.

This meter gives you the ability to determine whether a particular load or pile of chips are suitable for use as woodfuel before they leave the supplier, or for quickly checking at the point of delivery whether the fuel is suitable or not.  It’s a lot less time consuming than digging out a bunker full of too-wet chip!

Measuring just 310mm by 140mm, the FS200 can be carried with you and used anywhere on site.
