No business likes to fund major capital works out of cashflow, which is where an energy supply agreement can help. Living Energy can install, own and operate boilers at your site and simply sell you energy by the tonne of steam or gigajoule of energy provided. This allows our clients to make the transition to carbon neutral woodfuel without diverting precious capital away from core activities.

We can even supply a fully containerised wood energy system to your site, with boiler, controls and fuel store pre-installed in a shipping container or two.  This option allows customers to benefit from carbon neutral low-cost heat without the need for costly engineering and civils work.  The containers are simply delivered to site, hooked into your heating system and away they go!

As another option, and something which appeals to our public sector clients in particular, is to opt for a heat and service supply contract from Living Energy.  This contract covers the supply of fuel to the boiler, and from there, the supply of heat to the customer, with the boiler purchased by the customer at the outset.  Annual maintenance, servicing and emergency callouts are all covered under the agreement, with customers billed on a pre-agreed cents per kWh rate.  We are currently able to offer these contracts for up to five years - giving clients real control over their energy costs in increasingly volatile markets.
